Gamay is the jewel in the crown of our Estate. The vines, planted in the early 90's, are among the oldest Gamay vines in the Yarra Valley. The viticulture has been carefully managed to keep cropping levels low to maximise fruit intensity. (Gamay is heavy cropper if not carefully managed!).
